PayPal and Card Payments

Where PayPal or payment-card options provided through PayPal are selected, payment processing is handled by PayPal and its applicable payment infrastructure under its own privacy practices and terms.

FAGONEX does not receive or store your complete PayPal password or full payment-card credentials. PayPal may receive information necessary to process a transaction, authenticate a payment, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Direct Bank Transfer

Customers may also arrange payment by direct bank transfer or deposit where available. FAGONEX may retain invoices, payment confirmations, transaction references, and related accounting records.

FAGONEX does not request or store your online-banking password, PIN, or banking login credentials.

FAGONEX may operate partner, affiliate, or referral programs. Partners may receive a unique referral identifier or link that enables us to attribute qualifying visits and orders.

When a visitor follows a partner referral link, a referral identifier or cookie may be stored in the visitor’s browser for the configured attribution period. We may process referral visits, referral identifiers, associated order information, commission amounts, partner account information, and payout records to administer the program.

Referral information is used for legitimate program administration purposes, including attribution of eligible purchases, prevention of duplicate or fraudulent referrals, commission calculation, accounting, and partner support.
